The run to the externals

-- days
until the English essay, Tuesday 27 October, 9am. First exam is Health the afternoon before.

Today

The first two minutes, always the same: do the daily four below, out loud or on paper. By question two you have already started. That is the whole trick.
MonMaths drills, 25 min →
TueSession with Nat. Nothing after.
WedEnglish: a drills run or quote batch retest, 25 min →
ThuHealth: a data-drills run, then blurt RE-AIM + the five characteristics, 25 min →
FriPE: a drills run, then blurt the energy systems table, 25 min →
SatThe long block, 40 to 60 min: what this week's row says →
SunOff. (A 5-minute quote blurt only if you feel like it.)

These days are just the default so you never have to decide. Swap any of them, any week. The only rule is the floor: the daily four, plus about ten minutes, most days, no catch-up debt ever.

The daily four

One question per subject, new mix every day. Say your answer out loud before you tap. The saying is the practice; the reveal is just the marking. Anything you did not have, tap Still cooking and it goes on your stove.

All four done. Day logged. See you tomorrow.

Your progress

A gold square is a day you did the four. The streak is yours to protect.
